Survey & Cost Estimate — £750
The existing £750 option covers assessment of the electrical installation, roof, brickwork, flooring, internal walls, doors and windows. Necessary repair work identified during the assessment is noted and costed.
Survey & CAD — £1,250
The existing £1,250 option includes the assessment and cost estimates above, plus measuring, planning and design for a new kitchen or bathroom.
