Ray & Sarah Hiscock – Kitchen Refurb & Structural Alterations Prestwich
Ray and Sarah contacted us regarding their kitchen in a mid terraced property in Prestwich. It became apparent on visiting them that they were struggling to get all they needed within the available space within the existing kitchen. They had already done a lot of thinking over the problem and had come to the conclusion that they needed to create more space in the kitchen area by opening up the cupboard space under the stairs. This basically involved supporting the upper floors by way of acrows (the wall is supporting) and installing a steel. Immediately after removing a portion of this wall it became clear the kitchen area would have much more usable space. It was decided the tall free standing fridge freezer would go in the created space because this would be the most aesthetically agreeable area with it being a large appliance. A 3D CAD image was produced prior to work commencing which was agreed upon and the finished job was pretty much 100% to the 3D produced. All appliances were supplied by us and we provided a new ring main to the kitchen, gas supply, plastering and new flooring.
